Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia's VCDPA, and similar state laws give you specific rights over your personal information. This page summarizes those choices as they apply to bot.kru.ai, provided by Krumart, Inc.
1. We Don't Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Krumart does not sell personal information, and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. There's no advertising network integrated into the Service, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front — but we still describe your broader rights below.
2. Your Rights
- Right to know — what personal information we hold about you and how it's used (see our Privacy Policy)
- Right to delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal information
- Right to correct — fix inaccurate information; most of this you can already edit directly in Settings
- Right to opt out — of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable today, since we don't sell or share it)
- Right to non-discrimination — we won't deny you service or charge you differently for exercising any of these rights
3. How to Exercise These Rights
Email hello@kru.ai from the address on your account with your request. We'll verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may still ask you to verify your identity directly before completing it.
