Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bot.kru.ai and related services (the "Service"), provided by Krumart, Inc. ("Krumart," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

bot.kru.ai lets you create AI agents that hold conversations, maintain memory, and — when you connect them — read and draft content in third-party tools such as Gmail, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Consequential actions (sending, posting, or deleting) are queued for your explicit review and approval before anything happens; the Service does not send or publish on your behalf without that approval.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Connected Third-Party Accounts

When you connect a third-party account (Gmail, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), you authorize the Service to access it on your behalf, within the scopes you approve during that connection. You remain responsible for complying with that third party's own terms of service. You can disconnect any connected account at any time in Settings.

5. Approvals & Agent Actions

Agents can search, draft, and propose actions, but sending an email, posting a message, publishing a share, or deleting content always requires your explicit approval first. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve — approving a queued action authorizes it to run exactly as shown.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. API Access

Every plan includes API access, subject to the rate limits of that plan. You're responsible for anything done with your API keys — keep them secret, and revoke a key immediately if it's exposed.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and its underlying software. You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, agent personas, uploaded files). By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to process that content in order to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be inaccurate — review anything an agent drafts before approving it. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party connector will always be available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krumart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken through connected third-party accounts that you approved.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
